During 2008-2009, Human Resource Dept organized a series of team-building activities on the subject of “Strengthen the staff’s thought; safety production education and enrich the culture life of the staff”. These activities included Spring Festival party of 2009, fire drill and 5.12 donation, etc. At the evening scene, the atmosphere was very warm because of the active participation of the staff; at the fire drill scene, the arrangement was meticulous and all staffs were well-trained. In the course of activities, the staffs showed a good spirituality and organization discipline. Also it was effective to enhance the staffs’ cohesion and coordination。
